Got my oil changed here for my Corsair and afterwards I noticed a small scratch on my door handle. Took it back and Joe was very apologetic and understanding. He was able to contact someone to get it fixed in just a couple days and it was of no charge. I also got a loaner car and had a good experience. Great service!

Good experience taking care of a couple recalls and an oil change. Wish next time they could call my cell number instead of my wife's since I'm the one that dropped the car off and my number was on the paperwork. Will return.

Fairway Ford Lincoln is a great dealership. I have bought serveral cars from them over the years and had all my service done there. They are great to deal with. And the cost to service both Lincoln and Ford cars is very competitive. I used to own an Audi, and the service for their cars is outrageous. I will only buy American cars in the future.
