This place is terrible. Couldnt deliver my flowers on the requested date due them not receiving their shipment on time and wanted me to pay more for them to use their alternative. Shouldnt book orders and take money from customers if items are not available. My friends son was murdered and now I cant get her the sympathy roses I ordered before the funeral. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I am very displeased with the service rendered by you facility. I still cannot understand why a driver approved by and whom works for your company would lie and falsify that he delivered the bouquet of flowers that I had ordered through your website. This is very dishonest! And now, my sister, whom should have received her bouquet, to celebrate her birthday, isn't able to receive the love and good intent that her family had. I gave very clear instructions as to how to deliver the item, and still it was blatantly ignored. This is very telling of the services you offer, and I expect some form of compensation and the re-delivery of my order for this dishonest and lack thereof, of a delivery.

I ordered the bouquet all the way from Germany quite last minute. They delivered a beautiful flower arrangement on time and made the recipient very very happy. Thank you so very much!

During the days of Covid I ordered flowers for my Mom to go to the hospital. The gentleman called to let me know that he had delivered the flowers, but because of Covid, he couldnt get the directly to the room, and wanted me to be sure she knew so they definitely got to her. He also let me know that some of the flowers in the normal arrangement didnt look so good, so he switched them out and added more to make sure it looked really nice. The photo I later got in email was stunning. I am thrilled with the customer service and my experience with Blossoms Of Style! Thank you so so much
