Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, even the younger staff. Theyre not always the cheapest place around, but you can get what you want easily and if you have a question there is staff nearby. Time is money. I got everything I needed in under two minutes. I would have still been walking from my car to the entrance at a big box store!

Lowe's, Home Depot, Tractor Supply Who???? Is what I ask myself each and every time I visit this ACE Hardware store. To have everything you need to maintain your yard within a few steps away of each item is the best part about this store (and there is so much more that I won't go into detail about). However, I was never proven so wrong until this morning! Went to get the Scotts lawn care program and I was only going to get step one of four. I was approached by a well mannered and spoken young man named Drew. Was asked if I need any help when trying to locate the Scotts lawn care granules (there is so much to take in within the store that my eyes wouldn't stop exploring as my excitement grew; can't believe Adulting could be so enjoyable and easy... I'm getting old :*(). Drew promptly informed me of the location of what I was looking for and informed me of the deal currently in place to buy all four steps of the big bags. I was only going to get two small bags before Drew gave me the rundown. Bought all four steps with the diligence of Drew, and of the large bags to boot. What was to be about a $100 sale turned into $326.27 because of Drew's go-getting attitude (more than 300% up sale mind you). I was so impressed and pleased with being this well informed that I purchased another larger spreader (already had one BTW) and a treat for my collection (some mystery needs to remain lol). Drew held the door for me as I pushed the cart out and loaded my truck up personally. I thought that the younger generations were utterly useless until I had the few minutes to deal with Drew. Thank you Drew for opening my eyes to the fact that there still are younger adults that actually try. Please don't let anyone ever take that from you Drew! Jeff, you hired a really impressive employee of which I recommend you nurture and educate so he may reach a higher position as the the world needs more like Drew. The older gentleman that I spoke with is helping society by working even though he doesn't have to and that is seldom seen anymore as well (apologies, I did not catch his name but he was very kind and generous). ACE Hardware: you're doing something correctly in this store and you made a lifelong customer just within the last two visits. Prime! Super satisfied.
