I had a fairly simple request for adding some wired speakers to a room. He quickly assessed my setup and it was clear from his experience he understood completely what I need. Jason walked me through the possibilities of my proposed setup. He then suggested a more flexible but lower cost option to go with Sonos wireless speakers. I am confident his wired solution would have worked, but it would definitely have been more costly and more disruptive to install.
Sonos wireless design and performance has progressed significantly in the years since I first looked at them. I am delighted with the sound quality, the extremely easy to use app, and the flexibility I now have to move my new speakers if I choose. Jason has also made himself available after the installation to answer questions I had. To me, the after-sale support is just as important as the installation itself.
