    Management is wonderful. Newly remodeled. Very convenient to 85 and many stores. A few minutes from downtown. Only issue is the WiFi is extremely horrible. Frequently disconnects. Its nearly impossible to get work done if you stay here on business. Dont even think about streaming a movie. Its the complete opposite of high speed WiFi and not reliable. Youll be using your phone as a hotspot the entire time.

    This is the dirtiest Red Roof Inn that I have stayed in. The floors appeared to have never been cleaned and were sticky. There was trash under the bed from previous stays. There were roaches crawling around. The rooms are extremely musty because the AC units barely work. The first room I was placed in choked you with the stench of cigarette smoke and had a broken dresser and no bulbs in the room lamps. Luckily, there was no issue being moved to another room. The location felt relatively safe, and I will add that at least the bed sheets and towels appeared clean.

    This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. We walked into the room and were hit with an awful smell. The bathroom door didnt even close! The whole room just felt gross. We went down to our vehicle and called around for a different hotel. Once we booked something else, we went back into the office and were told we wouldnt receive a refund until the next day when the manager came in. Its been 2 weeks now since we checked in and still havent received a refund, for the room we never stayed in. Ive tried calling multiple times, and the manager is never there or able to take my call. Never even bothers calling me back, after leaving my name and number multiple times with the woman working at the desk. There is plenty of other hotels in Greenville, do yourself a favor and dont bother with this one.
