Service and rooms in general were very good. But I must mention a treasure of an employee at the front desk. Didn't get her name, but the young woman with the glittery pink eyeglasses was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

No hot water in my room. Manager never called me back after leaving a message about it. Other than that the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Dont forget to check for hot water before going to bed.

I booked a room here at this hotel 5 days ago after reading thoroughly through the reviews and feeling comfortable to reserve a stay. I needed somewhere to stay in between driving from Florida and to my hometown. Well I didnt have a so good experience as I thought I would from the reviews, primarily in the area of cleanliness of the room. My sheets were ripped all over which didnt call for a pleasant presentation. Secondly, the shower was filthy(the floor and the wall). There was dirt on the shower wall and little spikes of hair all over. Thirdly, there was old stuck food/sauce near the headboard. If I hadnt been driving for over 8 hours and didnt have to be back on the road in 4 hours, I surely would have checked out right then and there. I reported the issue twice only not to be issued any accommodation for the unpleasant experience except an apology Im sorry. It took 3 days for a manager to reach out to me and that was only because I kept calling to report my issue. Rooms: Torn covers Filthy shower Old food left on walls Housekeeping definitely needs to be improved and possibly a manager checking behind them before placing the room as ready.
