Soma

First off, I'm a huge online shopper due to my anxiety. So, if I'm willing to go into a store it's definitely because I love the products/merchandise. I didn't even realize there was a Soma in Greenville. I was having brunch with my son and there was a Chico's next door. I went in and was greeted. I looked around and went to speak with one of the sales ladies about my online purchase, from Soma, and to ask if I had any issues with my purchase would it be possible to return it at there store. I was informed, to my surprise, that there was a Soma right around the corner. I was ecstatic. I went straight there and made a purchase. What can I say; I enjoy spoiling myself, even on the simplest of things. I love Chico's too, but was more focused on Soma at that moment.

Dont bring young kids in this store!! Love soma and their products. I had not tried on bras here since before kids but wanted to shop the $29 sale. Unfortunately, I had to bring my kids (4 and 2) with me. While I was picking out bras to purchase after trying on, they were quietly looking out the window right beside me at the cars. Yes, they were touching the window and talking, but not being disruptive or running around. An associate very rudely asked me to move the kids away from the window because they would get fingerprints on the window or the sign (that they were not touching or close to) might fall on their heads. My 4 year old was so embarassed at how rudely she was talked to that she started crying and we left. I was about to purchase 8 bras and took my business elsewhere. Disappointed that kids cannot just exist! I completely understand if kids were tantruming and making a mess but that was not the case here. Everyone else except this one lady was kind and helpful but one bad apple ruins the bunch.

Kindness goes a long way. Thank you Terry and other staff members that went above and beyond to fit me for a post op bra. I was very nervous about being fitted due to scaring and bruising. They made me fee comfortable which is very important after surgery. I will for sure be back very soon

I walked in with my sister and was never greeted. Asked to get measured and after I got measured, she spoke in a loud tone in the middle of the store that I should shop in the bralette section because she doesnt have a band big enough for my size. Was very embarrassed and will never be going back.
