Brad is an amazing realtor. We met with him on several occasions before we put our house on the market. He walked us through what to expect, and how to get ready to sell our home. Once the house was under contract, he was there every step making sure everything went smoothly and as it was supposed to. He was always in contact with us, making sure we were well informed. We would definitely use him again, and we do refer him to other people.

I dont normally write reviews from experiences I had almost 5 years ago, but after somone asked me recently if i knew real-estate agent in the Greenville area, Brad immediately popped into my head. When it came time to sell my investment property in South Carolina I was introduced to Brad by a close acquaintance. Brad took care of the entire process every step of the way while I was nearly 1000 miles away up in New Jersey unable to travel back and forth to deal with all the issues along the way and had my house sold in just a couple months without me going down once. Even took care of getting the cleaning company who had to come in behind my tenants who were leaving. Made the whole process seamless and painless. Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

We first met Brad 5 years before we bought a house! We were newly married and not sure if we wanted to rent/buy and Brad's knowledge of the area and personality made an impression on us so much that we called him when we were ready to buy a house 5 years later. I can't say enough good things about how easy he made house-hunting, how patient he was with us while we were learning what we wanted/didn't want and how quick he was when we wanted to see something. We love the house we got and highly recommend Brad to everyone!

Brad has sold both of the homes weve owned and we bought our house with him as well. We will use him whenever we need a realtor and recommend him to everyone. Hes trustworthy, efficient and communicates extremely well. He handled our sales professionally start to finish.
