Had a great time working with the Sharpe team! This was my first time buying a home and they help me every step of the way. If I had a question or need help, they have the answer! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand every step and/or process. If you are looking in and around Greenville, they have the connections for anything you might need like Inspectors, contractors, lawyers, etc... all of which they've worked with multiple times and can vouch for their great work as well as their professionalism. They make you feel like family, to me that goes a long way.

Down home friendly! Throughout the time working with them is been a great experience. Try's to find the house for your needs and wishes. Go's through every inch of home looking for issues. Really thought out process.

Moving around the corner or across the country can be equally difficult, rarely would you call it fun. Jim and Nicol helped make our move from Minneapolis smooth and in an odd way a bit of fun. As we were making a cross-country move, Jim and Nicol understood this and really worked to get to know us personally and to learn our wants and needs. We found common ground and got to know each other personally, they went out of their way to make this difficult process a little bit of fun. At no point were we ever pressured into making a deal we were not comfortable with, Jim was more concerned with finding us the right home than he was about closing a deal. Truly, this is unique in the real estate segment. My wife and I have purchased seven homes (so far) with varying experiences in agents. As a buyers agent Jim and Nicol are at the top of the list. We found a great home in a super competitive market, we are glad we had the Sharpe Team on our side, they were patient, caring and knowledgeable about the entire Greenville/Spartanburg area. I know because we chased houses from one end of the upstate to the other. Jim and Nicol were right there with us. Even when we were out of town, Jim willingly walked us through houses on "face-time", surprisingly this worked great. We trusted each other, knew what to look for and saved time in the process.
