Dan was amazing and patient from the beginning. He was on top of everything right away and got us answers as soon as he could. He answered the phone anytime we called with even small questions and went above and beyond to make our home buying process a breeze. We seriously could not have done this without him. Stop looking for another lender because youre going to get GREAT customer service with Dan Michaud. He knows his stuff and you want to make sure that you are confident that the mortgage you are signing will fit your needs. Dan will make that happen. We spoke with at least 4 or 5 different lenders. It was such a stark difference between Dans explanations and the other representatives. He knows his stuff! The other lenders we spoke with were not really able to explain the details of how a loan was adjusted in a way that we could understand. He is so articulate and can describe something in 3 different ways if you need it. I needed this to be sure that I 100% understood what we were getting into. Dan was incredible! He answered every single question we had in great detail and depth. We wanted to understand the process and to understand the different options we had available to us as borrowers. We didnt need to poke or prod to find out ways we could save money. Or, how we could adjust the mortgage to our advantage. Dan went ahead and reviewed how we could create a mortgage that would truly be most cost effective for us and meet our needs. He weighed the costs and benefits of each factor that went into the construction of the loan. This is something that we found to be so unique to Dan that we simply were not finding with other lenders. He obviously knew his stuff and we knew that he was doing the best job that he could to ensure we would be able to buy the house that we wanted and in a way that would be advantageous to us. We highly value someone who is communicative and can answer questions in a timely manner. Dan texted and called me on Saturday before a deadline to ensure that we would meet it. He isnt going to wait until Monday to say, Oh well we missed that deadline he is going to ensure that everything is done on time and so nothing gets delayed and you can close on time. Stop looking further because Dan at Network Funding is wonderful!
