We have used Myers Capital for our last five mortgage transactions. The experience has been great every time. And a particular benefit was to be able to sit across from them at their downtown Greenville, SC office. Greg and Ryan worked hard to understanding our goals as a couple and exceeded our expectations in every way. They not only handled the initial mortgage transaction but looked for ways to reduce the overall costs as time went on and interest rates moved downward. They will call you! Amy and Kelley went over what I needed to get approval for the funds needed to purchase my home. They gave me an estimate based on what I could afford, and were willing to answer any questions I had. They kept me on schedule to make sure I had everything in place by closing.Amy and Kelley also explained the details of my loan in ways that I could understand, and made sure that I knew what everything meant during each step of the process. It was a great experience.
