Good luck getting in touch with a live person. They send you a text of when they are coming. I have let them know over and over to pls come on a Monday instead of a Saturday because my son was in a near fatal car wreck and now he is in therapy so Saturday is the best day for us to go. Someone actually called me back last week and I explained. He said no problem,, they'd be here on Monday, late evening. No show. Received a text on Thursday for Saturday again. Have left messages with no response. So, they are taking time away from my son however, they sure do want the dang check real quick when they come to keep up their children. Thank God this is the last visit I have to have. Never again..on the last visit I asked about him spreading the granulars. He said he'd be back in Jan and it's days from March.. honest to God he was here 5 mins charged $175 He's not been bck. My advice is run Don't sign a contract. They do not do a good job. Big difference from beginning to end.
