Bernina...We're in Stitches

I took my Bernina 1130 in for routine cleaning. I waited for over one month for it to be completed. I called twice and they said they were waiting for a screw to be replaced, which I had no idea was missing. When I went to pick up machine, my foot control and carrying case were missing and replaced with someone else's. The carrying case would not even close. I asked abt the missing screw and no one knew whether it had been replaced or not and could not give me any info on what screw it was or what it did. I was told they would contact other owners to see if they had mistakenly been given my foot control (mine had my initials in permanent marker on the bottom) and carrying case (carrying case I was given was for a 1080 Bernina, which I only have one sewing machine, a 1130.) I have been waiting for over a month, no call from anyone at the store. I can not take my machine anywhere as I do not have a carrying case that will close. I called again today and asked to speak with the owner. They had no idea when she would call back or be in the store. This is a very, very poorly run operation.

This is a lovely and beautiful shop with mostly pleasant clerks. However, i must add that i drove over an hour to bring my machine for a tuneup since it wasnt stitching correctly and I couldnt fix the issue myself. I paid the $100fee and brought it home a couple days later. When i tried to sew with it the same issue was happening so I called and was told to bring it back and they would fix it without charge. They called and said it was ready so my husband went to pick it up and had to pay $40!!!! Even when he told them it was a return repair and was not supposed to be charged. Ive tried to call several times and the owner, Leslie is never there!! I wont be returning!

Brought my Bernina sewing machine to be serviced. I told them we lived 1.5 hours east of them. They gave us a great place to eat, called us an hour later and my machine was ready. Bless everyone. Helpful friendly and just awesome store.
