I always get great, prompt service whenever I have had a maintenance request (which has been very seldom!), and always get updates on any work being done while I'm at work, along with any explanations of what has been / needs to be done which is really good. Justin was very prompt, and when he arrived he explained to us what the problem was, and how to engage a work-a-round solution. However, we still have this new basic heating issue that we had not experienced before during the 7 years we have been a resident. Our External Heat Setting/Emergency Heat is "always" active, even though the switch setting has been turned off per instructions from Justin. When the Ext. Heat Pump kicks on, there is cold air blowing, rather than heated. Justin was unable to resolve the issue, but indicated he would be looking further into it and get back to us asap. We look forward to his return and hopefully a full resolve to this issue. Perhaps our Honeywell Thermo control system has failed somehow internally.
