        Did a call in order today, I warned the guy who answered the phone it was gonna be a long order and he'd probably need to write it down or put it in immediately and he said "that's fine", get the whole order in and hang up. We go to pick it up and now they say the orders lost and they haven't had a call like that. So now we have to reorder the pizza and have to deal with the wait.
