Grays took weeks to repair our A/C. Their communication is terrible. I had to constantly call them to get updates. They patched my unit the first time which lead to a water leak that damaged my drywall and floors. They finally came back and repaired the unit correctly. I would not use them again. It was a very frustrating experience. Service: A/C system repair
