Eric, our tech, is thorough, knowledgeable, and explains everything in simple terms that allows us to totally understand the maintenance and operations of our 3 systems. We recently had all 3 units installed with EAC's best units and we absolutely love them! Having Eric maintain them gives us total confidence that they will run problem free for years to come.
