CON: Very limited information and options on their website. This requires contacting a representative again and again to obtain the information for infrequent transactions. The default answer given is sometimes irrelevant to information requested and would incur needless fees, resulting in multiple emails. PRO: You can reach a live human being on the phone within business hours for EST on MOST weekdays. As good as that sounds keep in mind that most often you will leave a message to receive a return phone call which could roll over to the next business day.

These people are TERRIBLE to work with. I would never deal with these folks ever again on any mortgage deal. I would definitely look elsewhere there are way better people to deal with.
