They delivered a beach wagon directly to the house we were renting. Although it did take them until after 6 PM to deliver the item so the first day the wagon was useless. If possible order ahead of time. I also let them know we were leaving early and they could pick it up early. Never received acknowledgment of this request. Ended up leaving the wagon on the porch and assuming they got it.

Wonderful experience! I ordered the bikes for the wrong dates and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant flexible staff. Equipment was well maintained. The 2 hour route was very manageable for the tourist kayaker. This is not a wilderness kayak experience. Mostly a tour of the backyards of high end Hilton Head properties. Great exercise and change of pace.

Once they charge your credit card customer service disappears. No one would answer the phone for over 3 hours. When I finally got through to someone they informed me that my bikes, that I was told would delivered in the morning, were not even on a truck yet or even assembled. Decided to pick them up ourselves only for the order to be incomplete. Its is very frustrating to pay for a full days rental only get bikes for half a day.
