        We have been working in the area from the Charlotte region. Cooper at the Hilton head island store has went above and beyond getting us anything we need to do 200 amp installs in the area. 2 occasions where no one else on the island had what we needed. He went as far as calling other friends on days off to have me what i needed on a Saturday night after hours simply from a text. Now that is customer service.

        No one knows what's going on. The people at the counters give you the wrong things you are asking for. On top of that one of the employees were arguing with a tradesman's about something being 1/2 and they needed 3/4. Horrible experience. No one seems to know what there job is.
