Active Life Hilton Head

Parkinson's can be overwhelming, especially knowing each day may be your best as it progresses. Active Life has changed that. Weekly sessions with Shannon and Heath, both trained in Parkinson's exercise regimens, have clearly slowed and in some ways reversed Parkinson's attack. The level of care and focus on our needs is without peer.

The folks at Active Life truly care about each partner working out to fight the effects of Parkinsons. They have stellar education and experience creating the greatest custom fit life programs for each person there. They include loads of education, group gatherings for support and knowledge beyond the workouts! AND the atmosphere is always so positive as we go through this together. My Dad and all our family rate this as a great level of care and action! That says quite a bit when HHI is our baseline for great quality! I only rate excellence by the way as Im not one to rate easily so go check it out. It is worth it. Tim Schorr

My husband is an Active Life participant and he absolutely loves his classes and the instructors, who have gone above and beyond to allow him to join the classes via the internet. Heath and Shannon have both had a profound effect on my husband and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and dedication.
