The place is convenient, overall clean, however its pet friendly and the elevator and room carpets are worn and stink. They Offer complimentary breakfast but we didnt take advantage of that. It Was quite noisy. People walking on the floor above sounding like giants, til 2 am. Early morning dog barking.

We had a very nice stay. Rooms are clean. Pet friendly. There is a nice walking/bike path right in front of the hotel - my husband and I took our dog for large walks every morning! At the front desk, Kierra was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us wonderful service!
The pool is right against the hotel, so the sun is blocked pretty quickly. There is only one EV charger, which we were hoping to use. However, there were non electric cars parked in that space the entire time, which was frustrating but not the hotels fault. Perhaps they could monitor that a little more closely.
Nearby activities: Mini golf, shopping, restaurants
Walkability: walking path right outside and you can go to a lot of restaurants

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are great. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a variety of good food.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it was in a convenient location. Housekeeping was good but maintenance was dismal. Only one elevator was working and the other was slow. The microwave in the room was not working nor was it fixed during our 4-day stay. The laundry had two washers but only one was working. The other washer broke with my load unfinished and trapped inside. Maintenance managed to unlock the washer door by unplugging the machine. My money was not refunded. The toaster in the breakfast area did not work. The shower gell dispenser was empty and never refilled. Housekeeping said there was none to refill it. As others have mentioned the beds are too soft. I will never stay in a Home2Suites again.

This place was just... perfect!
It was our 3rd stop driving to Florida on February 25-26, 2024.
Excellent welcome. Free apples and bottled water. Nice touch.
The location is beautiful.
The room on the second floor was clean and spacious.
We appreciated the kitchen because we had leftovers and reheated them.
The breakfast was excellent.
I wish all hotels were like this place.
The attendant even helped us with our Hilton Honours points when checking out.
Would stay here again any time.
