When my mom and sister and I were on vacation this week-we stopped by on our way home from lunch. Wed been to Soma before but not this one. We were crunched on time so we didnt have time to try things on. The ladies were so nice and helpful. We asked about the return policy and they were so kind about it. Nothing fit me-it was too small. When looking I noticed that they didnt have much above the size I purchased. I was fine with it and just assumed I would go back again when I got home to look more. When returning my items-the store employee (different from who we had seen the day before) questioned my return. She asked me did nothing work for you? Nothing? I explained that it was too small. She then repeated it was all to small? I reiterated that yes all was too small. I said that sizes that usually work for me didnt seem to work. She then said well our sizes are different here. Im not a very self conscious person but I have never felt so judged while clothes shopping before. I felt like I was being criticized for being too large. Overall it made me never want to step foot in the store again. If I owned shop like this I would be mortified if a customer felt this way.

Oh my goodness. I went in today (September 05, 2023), & it was the best experience ever! To the wonderful two ladies that were working today thank you so much! They made sure I got the right size, color, & fabric. They were super friendly and funny. Its my first time ever going to a Soma and lets just say they left the best possible impression. I will miss you ladies!

I found exactly what I needed and for the right price. And I Like the atmosphere and selection at this store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. THANK you and God Bless
