They do no accept Millitary veterans there. Only if you have cigna or Aetna. Optum is a no go. If your a veteran avoid this place at all costs.

Edit to this post: Trying to contact the billing and insurance person is useless. I have left 2 messages and they don't return the call. When you call back they send you to the person's phone which goes to voicemail. I call back and they say she is with a patient, leave a message. Well, it doesn't do any good to leave a message. Very disappointed in this portion of the clinic. I used the Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care Center last week while on vacation in Hilton Head. I fell off an electric bike and fractured my foot. We were told about the urgent care center and we went without an appointment. Everything about the experience was perfect. We were in and out in just over an hour, had x-rays done, saw the doctor and left with a boot and crutches. They were even able to get me scheduled first thing the next morning for an MRI. The best part about it was the cost was significantly less than the regular emergency room. I would definitely recommend Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care! The staff was excellent!!
