I visited the store to get a computer I saw online at a discounted price in store only. And I had a disappointing experience. One of the tech sales people told me I do not need the computer I wanted and that only gamers need an i7 and that my mother must be a gamer if she is telling me to buy it. I did not appreciate the unnecessary remarks. Then, I went to check out and it pulled up at a higher price than stated online and the General Manager refused to price match it even though it was on the staples website as a lower price. That was false advertising and I was disappointed on how the situation was handled. I will definitely not be returning to this staples.

I visited this staples store today to purchase a laptop and experienced the worst service of my life. From the first interaction to my conversation with their General Manager, I was deeply disappointed. One salesperson even persistently questioned my request for a HP laptop was an i7 and told me numerous times that I didnt need it and I should look at other models. Then when I tried to purchase the said laptop that was listed online as on sale in-store only they refused to match the price. They told me, in not so nice terms, that I would just have to pay regular price, they didnt know what that coupon was, and didnt care to price match their companys advertisement. I finally left in frustration and went to the Bluffton Staples. They were FANTASTIC! I can not recommend that store enough. If you are thinking of going to Staples to purchase a laptop, skip Hilton Head and head to Bluffton. Their customer service is too notch and you will not be disappointed. Nobody needs to deal with the horrible service provided at this Hilton Head property.

This one is great compared to the one on Hilton Head. This Staples has a good selection of office/school supplies, the printing department is always on point and the store is easy to navigate. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is their in-store selection for some things is kind of weak; not a lot of options for nice pens, mouse(s?), keyboards or other computer accessories. They also have a lot of things on display that they don't actually have to sell. That's not a huge deal, just confusing. Overall it's a great office store and the printing department is amazing.

Not helpful at all. Would not even come around the counter to show me what he was talking about even though I was the only customer. Expensive to fax. Had 3 different types of transactions and he was useless.
