We bought our house at the height of the craziness in 2021 with the help of Beth Askeland. We only had a couple of days to find a house, as we had already sold our property in Ohio. Beth is the epitome of calm, while still being very professional and efficient. She is also so knowledgeable about the area and the market. We ran out of time and had to put an offer on a house "unseen" but we trusted Beth and she went out of her way to make sure we "saw" every inch of the property. Then using her excellent negotiating skills she helped us get our little piece of the Low Country that we now call home!.

We were fortunate to have Pamela McKenzie as our agent and we can not praise her enough. She was so professional, helpful,friendly and never ever pressurized you. Always proactive on your behalf and kept in contact in a timely manner. If ever we needed a realtor again without a moments hesitation Pam would be our number one go to. And the added bonus is she has a great personality !

Ellen Young is absolutely amazing!!! Not only is she responsive but she made sure we got to see everything we wanted, especially with us being in town for a day (vacation home). And she made our experience exceptional. She was so helpful in making sure we were happy with our new place. Thank you Ellen!!
