Susan Ochsner was wonderful!! She was always a text or phone call away. She made me feel like I was her only client. She always had time to answer any questions I had. Her knowledge of Hilton Head Island really helps in both selling and buying homes here. I had her for both!! She is simply the best!!!!

We started communicating with Susan in the fall of '18 when we were introduced by the membership rep at Sea Pines CC. That was the first example of Susan's connections in the community. Given that she grew up in Sea Pines, Susan knows a lot of people and doesn't hesitate to share the rich history of Sea Pines. That knowledge is helpful to "vacationers" looking to become homeowners. Further, Susan's love for the island is contagious! As an agent, Susan goes to great lengths to really understand a client's interests & goals, even if they change along the way! At a time when the market was hot, but inventory was low, Susan always gave us a head's up when a home was coming on the market that she thought we might be interested in. Susan was always very responsive to any questions or concerns and there was never a doubt that she was representing us - and had our bests interests at heart! We closed on our home in December 2021. We appreciate Susan's accompanying us on the three year journey! We highly recommend Susan as a realtor.

Susan is the best person to help you understand Hilton Head real estate! For our first purchase, she took the time to show us different neighborhoods and explained what would work best for our family. Since we were purchasing long distance, she made the whole process very easy and helped us find other great HHI professionals. Susan also helped us sell our HHI home - faster and at a better price than I thought possible! We will definitely be asking for Susans help in our next HHI purchase!

Susan was great to work with. We found a home online, very spur of the moment, and Susan was kind enough to show it to us quickly. After we decided it was the house for us, she handled everything on that end as we were traveling across country. She even handled a furniture delivery for us. As a former Realtor, I highly recommend Susan.
