ELA'S On the Water

ELAS on the water is a good restaurant. The food, which I had the lobster bisque and salmon, both felt very flavorful and I liked them both. The atmosphere and location were great, being by the harbor and the interior felt very inviting and like a seafood restaurant. However, our server was sweating all over, to the point where you could physically see sweat marks on his shirt and face, then the sweat dropping onto our table. I completely understand its not his problem and that hes rushing from table to table inside and outside in the heat to feed people, but someone in the management has to at least tell these hardworking people to take a break and towel down. The server though, was very nice so kudos for that. Overall, ELAS is a great restaurant and I look forward to come back again.

We have eaten at Elas twice. Both times it was fantastic. Definitely one of the best 2 or 3 restaurants on HHI. EDIT 6/28/23 - we ate here last night. This was our 3rd visit in 3 years. We both ordered the grouper and both were overcooked and very dry. Elas does a huge volume but the quality is hard to maintain. Still very good...just not as good as when we were here before.

Spectacular menu. The 4 of us all had different meals and everything was marvelous. Service was outstanding.

We had such a great time at Elas! Great food, quick and helpful service. The view from the roof patio was stunning! The staff was so sweet to our family and our 9month old! Definitely will be back
