Let's just be clear here. The flat rate book time given by the manufacturer of your vehicle is 1.8 hours to perform a four wheel alignment. You did not mention the rear impact your vehicle sustained in your review, which could potentially add to the alignment book time. Finally, you spent eight total minutes in our shop's wait area, four of which you spent filling out the new customer information form while complaining about the bad treatment you have received from other auto shops. We cannot help you if you do not give us the chance.

Eric, I'm sorry that you feel your experience at Station One was less than adequate. We strive to make all of our customers' visits satisfactory. That said, I would like to go over your review to clarify the situation.You came into our shop at 3pm on a busy Friday afternoon and requested an oil change. The service writer who greeted you explained that we were busy, but if you left the vehicle we should be able to perform the service and have you ready in a couple hours. The last thing before you walked out, you asked again what time your vehicle would be ready, you were told 5pm. You made the statement "2 hours for an oil change". You were given a 2 hour estimate because we had other customers already on the schedule ahead of you. It was not because it takes 2 hours to change oil. The fact that your vehicle was left open is truly an oversight on our part. We were not expecting to house the vehicle for the weekend, as you said you would be back to get it. I'm glad that nothing happened to your vehicle during the 30 minute time that it was open. We close at 5:30 and I checked our video and see that you arrived close to 6pm. Our shop is in a good area and we have cameras that cover the entire property. I have owned Station One for over 32 years and cannot remember the last time that a vehicle has been left open outside in our care. So your statement about speaking with several locals that have had this same thing happen to them is absurd. If you are going to leave a review for a business, it is better that you not stray from the truth. Also, in the future you should take some responsibility for your actions. Leaving your vehicle here past closing, when you were told it would be done by 5pm, is on you.
