It really depends on which unit. ASK to be along river. My unit (131) backed right up to the pickleball courts which were under construction. Still are as of 5/2023.Others looked nicer. They are outdated but close to the beach which is nice. I had excrement backing up into both bathrooms and the sinks!!! When i reported it, I received a White Lotus like response from Josh in the main office as if he were helping ME. My expectation was that the unit would be maintained at a minimum for the cost. I have stayed at numerous vrbos throughout HHI and for the price point- this was the worst. Postscript: I have since been compensated and welcomed back to stay in another unit - Ill let you know after 2/2024 3/2024 I stayed on the river side with a unit that was immaculately cleaned, I was warmly welcomed by new staff at the office, walking distance from the beach, general store, pickleball courts and great restaurant Alexanders . A big thank you to Joe Nahman, resort manager. I would upgrade to 4 stars
