This store is very nice, clean, and organized, a little over priced but still a nice place. And the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I have never had a bad experience when I visited Ulta Beauty but tonight at this location in Indian Land South Carolina has left me feeling very disappointed with the employees I encountered at this location. Wahida (Manager) and Emma Another associate were very rude and dismissive towards me this evening and I didnt approach them in any kind of rude way I simply asked for help to find a product that I had a picture of and also knew that the store carried the product because my sister in law had just purchased it from this store. I approached Wahida (Manager) and showed her the picture and asked if she knew where I could find the product in the store she immediately said oh we dont have that brand maybe that the product was purchased from Sephora I corrected her politely and said no my sister in law just purchased this product from here she then sees Emma and calls her over so I showed Emma the picture she agreed with Wahida that the product was not sold there instead of either of these ladies leading me to the skin care section so I could look for the product they bought just walked away not asking if I needed anything else or offered to help me find the product. My sister and I go to the skin care section to search for another product and while looking at other products there was the exact product I asked Wahida and Emma for right there on the self along with all of the brands other products they had the whole line of products available. What upset me so they neither one asked me if I found what I was looking for nor offered to help me find a replacement product the store was not even busy it was only like 4 people in the store. When I found the product I approached Emma to let her know that they did carry the product and actually had the whole product line available she nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders and laughed and stated oh, I learned something new every day and walked off. Upon me checking out here come Wahida up to Quesha who I was telling about what I had just experienced with her co workers Wahida just rudely interrupted our conversation just to let Quesha know she was about to take her break. I dont know why they didnt want to help me tonight but I assure you that I will never forget how these women made me feel tonight and will never visit this location again.

Went in here with my wife, when checking out with a few products the Sales Manager Wahida told my wife she doesn't have an account. My wife who had been shopping at Ulta was confused and when showed her the app with her login she replied "that's a loyalty account I mean an ulta account." It wasn't until I said she was trying to get her to sign up for a credit card did Wahida say credit card, my wife politely declined signing up. Rather then continuing the transaction Wahida once again tried to get my wife to sign up for the credit card to which I then had to step forward as my wife was becoming flustered and upset. We will not be returning to this Ulta as we do not condone the predatory marketing practices that Sales Manager Wahida so clearly thinks are reasonable to put on to every customer despite being told no.
