Absolutely love the repairs they did to my vehicle. Looks like I was never rear ended. Amazing staff and very friendly.

These folks did body work on my F150 but when they reassembled things, they reconnected one of my electrical grounds underneath the truck backwards, so it was loose. After two weeks, this caused all kinds of system errors, and made the brake lights and tailgate non functional. Didnt trust Gerber to fix an electrical problem, because it took them 35 days to repair the truck to begin with, and I didnt want to be without my truck for another extended period of time. Every repair shop I called was terrified by the word electrical. I eventually figured out the problem and fixed it myself, but it sure did waste a lot of my time! Gerber being incompetent when it came to this one simple and important detail is why I decided to leave this one star review. Paint and body work was fine. PS: Gerber has bought up a ton of independent shops in the area and is cutting costs by getting rid of critical repair tools, which is why the wait is so long to get certain repairs done. They have to ship the cars between shops because they dont want to pay for two of the same tool. New York Private Equity making things worse as usual.
