        I been here with Mrs Lori and her staff for 14 months. Her and the staff here have been so nice and supportive of me. I'm sad to go but appreciative that I meet her and the staff. Love you all John 412

        I had to wait up front for someone to show up but once they did the room was quiet and clean and the staff wasn't in your business every time you walked by which made this a favorite on my trip.

        I am new to the area where I was transferred from Florida with my employer. My stay from 12/17/23 to 1/12/24. I wanted to be close to my job & went to two other Extended Stay locations. It was discouraging & disgusting. So, contemplating the distance from Irmo to Columbia. So, a few dollars more & 15 minutes travel time secured my safety, peace and comfort Upon my arrival Destiny (front desk) made me feel welcomed. She was very informative and attentive. The entire staff were very friendly & will go the extra step to make sure you are comfortable & have all the essential supplies. Originally, my stay was scheduled until 2/16. Being my apartment was ready before time, the fees was more than the weekly rate which was very expensive & I wasnt prepared. I was advised by (CS & Staff) to speak with the property manager (Lora) who was very understanding & was able to reduce fees. I am SO ever grateful for her & was able to stay steadfast until my next paycheck. Overall, the staff is professional & attentive. I will book again & refer others. Rooms: Clean and airish fresh. No fishy old smells. Noteworthy details: The awesome staff
