        There seems to be confusion on accounts when any changes need to be made. Also, changes are made without notification to the customer. Not sure what is going on but I am not very happy. Will probably start looking for a new agent.

        Mrs Eva and her Staff are Awesome, I got into an Accident and these Ladies Just Handled Everything , they took Care of Me , Calmed me down they were with me Every Step of the way , Ive had Offers from Other Insurance Companies but I Will Never Leave Allstate and My Ladies. Mrs Eva Represents Allstate so Well I Even got My Daughters to Switch to Allstate
