        The first and last time coming to the Irmo branch! Lilliana or Lillian was absolutely rude and impatient during my first visit here. Have been considering changing banks and taking my business elsewhere after this experience! The west Columbia branch has better customer service!

        Tellers were not very friendly. Will drive to the Irmo location when possible. Always have a positive experience with my First Reliance account.
