Worst place get a realtor. Charlene Frazier stressed us out so badly that we had to fire her as our realtor. We are selling our 2 story home as is but she kept telling us to fix a few more things even after we told her we are giving the buyer an alounce to replace the carpet and she said we still need to replace the carpet then she said she wants wood flooring and I told her what was the reason we are giving the buyer alounce to replace the for and she still would not listen to me. Then she told me a 2 story house is always less than a 1 floor house. I told her that is not true. Charlene Frazier is very pushy and we got tired of her pushy behavior. My husband is a disabled veteran and that is why we are giving an alounce to the buyer who buys our house. The property is 1.05 acres land with all acres fenced-in. Charlene Frazier also told me that if we don't replace the floor she would get bad reviews and that is all she cared about. So don't use this company. Our house is at Lexington SC and this company is in Columbia SC and Irmo, SC. She told my husband she will send him a fee and if she does we will sue for her stressing us out and plus she also said she can't post the listing of our house until we replace the flooring and that was the last straw. Then we called her boss and said we fired her and gave her boss the reason why.

the real estate company refused to remove the you tube and instagram photos of our property after the sale. Buyer beware and make removal of social media part of the sales contract!

Sometimes we are so quick to complain, but never take time to praise. I have worked customer service for 45 years. I have been looking for a house for the past year. A friend of mine suggested to see Charlene. When looking at houses, I was so stressed out and started going into a panic attack. Charlene settled me down l never had a panic attack before. I am embarrassed to say that even happened to me, but it was a big step moving from Michigan to South Carolina. Charlene went an extra step to help me under a very difficult circumstance and help me. Charlene treats each customer with respect and a sense of cheer. One gets the impression that she really loves her job and does the best for each and every customer. Charlene is very professional, also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Charlene for finding a house which we will make it our forever home. Steve Heim
