        There is a terrible roach problem here. DONT rent here!! Management will only tell you that its normal to live with the bugs rather than remedy the core problem.

        Horrible management. Started at $1,350 for a 1 bedroom 3 years ago, each year they went up at least $150. Went month-to-month while waiting on our home renovation and they went up to $2,020 a month, then tried to charge an extra $200 "month-to-month fee." Finally, after 2 months of paying $2,020 per month, they increased the rent to $3,350!!! We can't get out of here fast enough and highly discourage anyone from renting here.

        I truly love living here. They do a great job of keeping the community looking nice, and my apartment is spacious with beautiful upgraded finishes. Yes, it's more expensive than other apartments, but they are fast to respond to any requests and the maintenance guys are super friendly and helpful. My daughter loves the events they put on each month as well.
