Jamie is the best agent Ive ever had. You really know it when a problem comes up. Jamie came across a mixup w/DMV that a car that had been traded in July but it still showed in our name and my daughters license was suspended for lack of insurance on a car we didnt own anymore!. It was a complete mess up on the dealer and DMV. Jamie walked my daughter through the tangled processes and Im happy to say alls well that ends well. Thanks for everything Jamie!

Jamie at Palmetto Insurance Group is always on the ball. Im pretty sure Im known for calling him last minute for all my insurance needs (auto and home). Hes not failed me. In fact hes usually calling or texting me to remind me, sometimes for the 3rd or 4th time, what he needs from me to get me covered and in compliance. I give my full recommendation if youre shopping for a competent insurance agency.

Jamie has done an amazing job as my agent. He was there when I had an accident and walked me through the entire process while i was at the scene. He made the process easy and stayed in communication throughout. He has the abilty to get the best rates in the market which has saved me hundreds of dollars since i have been working with him. Would recommend him to everyone.
