The guys at Japanese Import Pros are great! I have an older Lexus ES350 and wanted to get it checked out. They were able to inspect it quickly and let me know of any potential issues. Whats great about their inspection is how well they provide documentation and an easy way to approve what work you want performed. There was an immediate issue that needed to be resolved and I had them do that along with some other miscellaneous things. I was leaving on a trip within the next few days of the inspection and they were very accommodating with that fact by completing the work very fast! I got the car back before I had to leave. Their whole process is great and the car runs great! I met Joe & Chris who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards, I chatted with a salesman at one of the Lexus dealerships and was told Sean is their go-to guy above anyone else. So you know youll be in good hands!

Joe was really easy to work with. Super courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Youre definitely in good hands taking your vehicle here and getting any issues fixed. Glad I found this Japanese Imports, Ill be coming back for any future maintenance/installs.
