        lisa was incredible!!! she had the best customer service!! she was so friendly and personable. it is the best experience I've ever had at a storage unit. I rented a U-Haul and it was so smooth picking it up. Everybody in the office was very friendly. I recommend main road self storage over any other storage facility.

She helped make a potentially stressful day of moving furniture easier by letting me take as much time as I needed to determine what size trailer would be best for my project. I hope to work with her again if I ever need to rent here in the future.

        This is my 2nd time at Main Road Self Storage - this time to rent a storage unit. Both times the service was excellent. Lisa walked me through the process, helped me identify the correct size unit I need, and made sure my access code worked. I highly recommend Main Road Self Storage for both storage rental as well as the place to go to rent a truck.
