No problem getting 2 car loans totaling 90k, however recently applied for a personal loan for 30k and got denied (after my auto loans were paid off). Credit score of mid 700's which is better than most. They asked what was the personal loan being used for? Well if that's the case, it's not a PERSONAL loan is it? From now on, I will go elsewhere for my loans. I pay all loans off early so I guess they don't like it when they can't make more money from me.

Safe Credit Union handles in person transactions very well but their phone system is the worst I have ever encountered. You cannot get the information you need and calling is a waste of time For this reason it will never be my primary institution.
