Fine. Michelle was helpful. I think the delivery charge is too high but appreciated being able to have a split delivery. Calling Charlotte back for delivery was not as easy as it should be. And not being able to know am or pm until the day before is not customer friendly.

We started our search for Furniture in Charlotte and ended up at the La-Z-Boy store there. The experience there was quite excellent. We were shown all of our options. We fell in love with one Living room set and we decided to sleep on it. That was on Saturday. Eric in the Charlotte store went over all of our options, and took us through every bit of what we needed to know about the furniture that we chose. When we got home to Columbia South Carolina, I decided to go check out the La-Z-Boy store here in town. When I got there, I was greeted by Bree with a beautiful smile. At that time we already knew what we were looking for. We went over to the set that we had chosen and started to go over those options again. She took her time and was very patient with me. I decided on exactly what I wanted. The La-Z-Boy experience that I received in Charlotte, and in Columbia was Exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all it was affordable. And now have a new favorite furniture store. I didnt realize that customizing my furniture to what I wanted and needed for my space was so easy and affordable. Thank you to BOTH Eric and Bree for being the best part of this experience.
