        Two stars instead of one because if you visit in person the staff are very nice and you usually get assistance quickly. If you are trying to get help online or over the phone good luck and hope you have plenty of time. SAFE has the WORST automated voice system I've ever had the displeasure of using, half the time it'll just drop your call. Their app barely works and their website is not intuitive at all and difficult to use. Mind you I work in IT so I am very familiar with using technology... Lastly, there are so many seemingly unnecessary hoops to jump through just to transfer funds or pay bills. How can a payment automatically get transferred out of my account every month but if I try and manually make the same payment the transfer amount is too high??? I prefer Credit Unions over banks but Safe is by far the most frustrating credit union or bank I've used.

      I prefer Credit Unions over banks but Safe is by far the most frustrating credit union or bank I've used.
