We feel very fortunate to have had Juan as our realtor on a recent purchase of a new build property. As we lived out of state during the construction period, Juan would visit the site & provide us with weekly video updates on progress. Juans overall in-depth knowledge of the local area, building regulations, property prices etc., proved to be invaluable & we would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends to act as their realtor. Juan has helped me not only buy a house, but also most recently, to sell my home - with 26 offers in 24 hours! Because of his knowledge and expertise, I received way more than I thought I would on the sale of my home. Every interaction was incredibly professional and helpful and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
