Moncks Corner Inn

There's nothing like being half blind with mobility issues and a service animal arguing with the desk over the laws regarding a service animal. didn't bother to tell us there is no elevator. This is not an ADA friendly hotel. But if ur not disabled it's beautiful, staff was friendly until I asked if there was a specific place for my service animal to go to the bathroom. Rooms are clean and huge. The only thing I could recommend is having the staff update on ADA law and south Carolina state laws regarding service and guide dogs.

It was very nice and the people was very gracious. The food was good accept the Pork. I would visit again. Thank you Rooms: Very Clean.

This is a nice place to stay while in Moncks Corner. However since my last review the place is in dire need of refurbishing. The furniture needs replacing and the walls painting. The bathroom door had split wood and bubble marks, probably from flooding.It is not a good look. A couple of earwigs also found their way into our bathroom. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is ok and the servers are very nice. Hopefully when we return things will be much better. and walls nee Rooms: There are queen and king suites even king with kitchenette. Since our visit in 2022, they have replaced flooring in the public areas, but no refurbishment of the rooms. Come on management! Change out the furniture! We've been coming here for years. We're willing to pay more for a decent upgrade. The most annoying thing is the bed being pushed up against the wall covering a much needed outlet. Make outlets and charging stations available! It's 2024.

Rooms were in disrepair. Smoke alarm beeped every 32 seconds all night long. Security lock on the door was bent and pulled out of the wall. Blood on the pillow case. Pair of underwear laying in the hallway near the stairs.
