        Very disappointed!!! First I was told with home internet that I would get Netflix and Apple plus for free that didn't happen because I only have internet!! Representative clearly knew and we discussed it several times he told me no worries you still get them for free!! I feel I should still get them but they told me no unless I also got a phone line when I told him I had another carrier and was not switching still said it was ok?!?!

        Incompetence is one thing, but to top it with insolence, disrespect, and a lack of manners, is detestable. I've been with t mobile for about 18 months and there has not been an occasion where I visited this location and did not experience all of the above. I'm done
