        Commuciation are horrble here. They like to waste people time.I'm so so glad I went with another lender they dont even try to do nothing with your file. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go through the homebuyer club. They just want to take your money for that. It cost me 45 dollars for the credit guy to tell me I had done all the work for him. This company will make you regret your decision.

        Such a lack of communication from the lender. It's been 21 days since we've had a change in circumstance and still haven't received the letter we're supposed to. I do not recommend using this company. Stick to a local lender who actually cares about you and your well being.
