The Watch on Shem Creek

I have been living here for about 2 months now and I could not be happier! Everyone in the community is so nice. I have already made a ton of friends from the dog park and just being out and about. The staff is amazing, especially Sarah she is the bomb, and everyone has been extremely helpful with my move in and anything I might need. Highly recommend this community!

Moved from Nashville to the Charleston area about a year ago and The Watch felt like home from day one. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s VERY dog friendly. I’m a female that lives alone and never felt the least bit unsafe. Community spaces were always kept clean. The best part definitely is the floating dock access to Shem Creek. See picture below for early morning views. I have LOVED living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Charleston area!

5 out of 5 stars! This is the first apartment out of multiple apartments that I renewed my lease for another year. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Sarah and Diane always wave to me as I drive around the allotment. You are minutes away from necessities like Shem Creek bar / restaurant area and Trader Joe’s, it’s great!

I absolutely love The Watch! My husband and I moved here two years ago and just signed a lease for another year. The location couldn’t be any better! It’s safe, quiet, the property is absolutely beautiful with awesome amenities and creek access, and the people are so friendly. Brian and Sarah have gone above and beyond to make this feel like home to us, and have helped us out so much through the crazy year that we’ve all had. We’re so happy here!
