I took over a lease and I've been here less than a month- I am not pleased with my time here or with management at all. They were not helpful with my move in- and *most importantly* I am dealing with a very loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbor who blasts bass music at 10 AM and throws a bouncing ball to their dog at all hours of the day and night. I've spoken to them multiple times and have called the courtesy officer twice. This shouldn't be something I have to continually do or deal with. Everyone deserves a peaceful home environment. This is a shared apartment complex, not a backyard or a dog park. If you can, work with Sarah. Don't bother with anyone else. I'll be reaching out to upper management.

The leasing office employees are writing 5* reviews to cover up all of the negative reviews and their friends are too. Macy Smulley and Hunter Toler are employees of the leasing office and there are multiple suspicious 5* reviews all within a very close time framevery scummy and dishonest business practice if you ask me.this apartment complex is a dump with multiple health hazards and property management does not care about their tenants

5 stars! I moved from Massachusetts to Mount Pleasant and Sarah Daly helped over the phone took me on a tour was there when I moved in to make sure everything was smooth 2 pools a gym monthly events 2 parking garages friendly neighbors and a great property in a great neighborhood!
