I engaged Futeral & Nelson to assist with a small legal matter recently. Although I contacted them last minute, their team went into action and was able to resolve the issue for me, even appearing on my behalf for a court date I could not attend in person. The support staff at F&N was great at keeping me up to date on the their work and explained the next steps clearly so there was no confusion (who doesnt get confused by legal issues?). Mr. Stephan Futeral handled the case himself and was terrific to work with, we met virtually to start and he knew all the questions to ask to ensure he had everything he needed to defend my case. Which he did very well, I was very happy with the results and very pleased with the entire experience from my first call to the office to the follow up messages ensuring I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Futeral & Nelson to prospective clients, their teamwork and professionalism made the experience much less stressful and led to a satisfactory outcome.

If you need a divorce lawyer, especially if you're a first responder, look no further than the mighty Tom Nelson and his team. They were prompt, reliable, thorough and always had my best interest as a priority. He keeps it straightforward, won't waste your time and has a stellar reputation for good reason. Bad divorce and bad representation. It's a sad day for my life. Had I saw the previous review maybe I would have known better. I lost it all. Thank you for the lesson learned Tommy. -Buddy Such false allegations to save face I see. Make another false accusation against me sir I will have you disbarred, tarred, and feathered from practicing law ever again. I'm not one to tussle with sir. My experience was 1. A disaster 2. I was forced to take a plea I did NOT want and 3. Your firm has had more than 1k of my money that you withdrew without my permission and are just contacting me following my review offering a refund. 4. Your paralegal just emailed me after I left my REAL review (please see picture attached) This attorney is fabricating a fascinating story nonetheless, but a false one. Bless your heart, you are in my prayers but I will NEVER EVER hire you again and neither should others. Save yourself! Attached is proof that "buddys block" is a real email address, as this attorney just emailed me. Secondly, the time stamp shows that I was emailed following a poor review in retaliation. Defamation of is not take lightly along with your misappropriation of my personal money in which you are offering to return. SEE PICTURES BEFORE HIRING ANYONE FROM THIS FIRM!!!

My experience with Mr Futerals office has been nothing but reliable. I have used Mr Futeral for over 10 years and I will never doubt this mans word. He knows EXACTLY what hes talking about and can recite his knowledge like the back of his hand. His paralegal, Stephanie, is a superstar.
